Dispute Settlement

23. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Site that cannot be settled between you and Capital and Credit to your satisfaction by our Compliance Officer shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Act of Jamaica, and shall be conducted before a single arbitrator chosen by the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission. The award of the arbitrator shall be final, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
